A Westport man was arrested early Thanksgiving morning after hitting a police car at a Norwalk DUI checkpoint.
Police say 27-year-old Matthew Dicesarre rear-ended the police car with his brand new 2014 Chevy at a checkpoint that was highly advertised ahead of time. They say Dicesarre was extremely intoxicated, smelled strongly like alcohol, and had trouble standing and walking on his own.
